The invention discloses a concrete composition capable of being poured under deep water and a pouring method of the concrete composition. The concrete composition comprises cement, sand, stone, water and a flocculant at the mass ratio of 1:(1.70-1.80):(2.50-2.60):(0.30-0.40):(0.025-0.35) in sequence. The pouring method of the concrete composition comprises the following steps of determining the size of concrete which is poured to a structural engineering; weighing the components in sequence according to the proportion, and stirring; transporting the concrete to a pouring position underwater by a self-unloading suspension bucket; pouring the concrete repeatedly until the concrete is poured to the designed pouring position; and curing, draining water, and further reconstructing. The flocculant can change the physical and mechanical properties of the original concrete, improve the cohesion of the concrete, inhibit the dispersion and segregation of the concrete and avoid the loss of cement so that the concrete can not segregate underwater and has a self-leveling effect. The technology of constructing concrete in deep water is promoted, and the concrete composition can be widely applied to coal mine shafts and structural engineering in deep offshore sea water.
