Recycled large aggregate concrete capable of being mixed and poured and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses recycled large aggregate concrete capable of being mixed and poured. Each cubic meter of the recycled large aggregate concrete capable of being mixed and poured comprises 700-900 kg of recycled large aggregate, 200-300 kg of a cementing material, 550-650 kg of coarse aggregate, 550-650 kg of fine aggregate, 0-5 kg of a water reducing agent and 100-150 kg of water. The preparation method comprises the following steps: crushing the waste concrete into 20-60mm continuously graded large aggregate; then mixing the large aggregate with other components of the concrete, and obtaining the recycled large-aggregate concrete which can be poured and molded like common concrete. The problems of high water absorption and poor mechanical property caused by the fact that waste concrete is crushed into recycled coarse aggregate to be adhered to a mortar layer are solved, and the problem that rock block concrete cannot be mixed and poured like common concrete is also solved.
