Preparation method of coal gangue composite material
The invention discloses a preparation method of a coal gangue composite material. The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing coal gangue powder and linear low-density polyethylene particles; adding talcum powder and chromium powder, then heating and melting for the first time, obtaining a premix when the linear low-density polyethylene particles reach a molten state, and cooling to below 100 DEG C; secondarily heating the premix to a molten state, adding attapulgite powder and sodium alginate powder, and uniformly stirring to obtain a mixture; and immediately pouring the molten mixture into a self-made mold while the mixture is hot, performing hot pressing for 30 minutes, demolding, and cooling at room temperature to obtain the coal gangue composite material. According to the preparation method of the coal gangue composite material, the process is simple and efficient, and the prepared coal gangue composite material has good thermoplasticity and crystallization performance and high thermal stability and is suitable for being applied to the fields of buildings, packaging and automobiles.
本发明公开了一种煤矸石复合材料的制备方法,包括:将煤矸石粉和线型低密度聚乙烯颗粒进行混合;加入滑石粉以及铬粉,然后一次加热熔融,当线型低密度聚乙烯颗粒达到熔融状态后得到预混物,降温到100度以下;接着二次加热预混物至熔融状态,并加入凹凸棒土粉,以及海藻酸钠粉末,搅拌均匀后得到混合物;将融好的混合物趁热立即倒入自制的模具中,热压30min后脱模,室温冷却,得到煤矸石复合材料。本发明的煤矸石复合材料的制备方法,工艺简单高效,制备得到的煤矸石复合材料具有良好的热塑性和结晶性能,及较高的热稳定性,适合应用于建筑、包装和汽车领域。
