The dairy product waste liquor light shale brick is mainly composed of 60% of shale powder, 20%-35% of powdery dairy product waste residues with the PH being equal to seven and 5%-20% of other auxiliary materials. The auxiliary materials are formed by mixing quick lime and aluminum powder or iron powder and comprise, by weight, 87.5%-90% of the quick lime and 10%-12.5% of the aluminum powder or iron powder. After the shale, the dairy product waste residue powder and the auxiliary materials are mixed, 50%-60% of water with the temperature being 40-45 DEG C is added according to the mass percent of the mixture, even mixing is conducted so that blank can be manufactured, the blank is dried, roasting is conducted under the condition of 950 DEG C to 1150 DEG C for 8-12 hours, and accordingly the dairy product waste liquor light shale brick can be obtained.
