The invention discloses a composite crystalline-phase-structure high-wear-resistance zirconia ceramic raw powder and a preparation technique thereof. The raw powder comprises a main material and an auxiliary powder in a weight ratio of (5-20):1, wherein the main material is a composition of zirconium oxychloride and yttrium nitrate in a mole ratio of 97:3, and the auxiliary powder is cerium stable zirconia clinker or magnesia alumina spinel powder. The raw powder has the advantages of high wear resistance, high hardness and corrosion resistance. The ceramic part prepared from the raw powder has high wear resistance, is beneficial to continuity and durability of use, is especially suitable for ceramic valves and ceramic ducts, and can be widely used in other ceramic devices or tools with high requirements for wear resistance.
