The invention discloses raw zirconia ceramic powder with a composite crystalline phase structure and high temperature resistance and a preparation process thereof. The raw powder comprises a main material and a stabilized zirconia clinker, wherein the weight ratio of the stabilized zirconia clinker to the main material is 1: (5-20); the main material is a composition of zirconium oxychloride and yttrium nitrate in a molar ratio of 97:3; and the stabilized zirconia clinker is a magnesium stabilized zirconia clinker or a calcium stabilized zirconia clinker. The raw powder has high temperature resistance, high hardness and corrosion resistance. Ceramic parts made of the raw powder tolerate high temperatures, are favorable for continuity and durability of use, are particularly suitable for being applied to ceramic nozzles, temperature measurement sleeves, high-temperature equipment linings and the like, and can be widely applied to other ceramic equipment or tools requiring high temperature resistance.
