A technology for producing a light ceramic plate through waste ceramic residues comprises the following steps that waste water generated in cold processing of ceramic is collected up, and aluminum polychlorid polyacrylamide is added into the waste water so that the waste ceramic residues in the waste water can be naturally settled; a material obtained after settling is conducted is pressed and filtered, and thus ceramic polished tile waste residues are obtained; the obtained ceramic polished tile waste residues are added into a ball mill to conduct ball milling; spraying drying is conducted on the material obtained after ball milling; compression molding is conducted on the material obtained after the spraying drying through a mold; the object obtained after compression molding is conducted is put at the temperature ranging from 500 DEG C to 600 DEG C to be sintered into a finished product; edging, polishing, protecting, film attaching and packaging are conducted on the sintered product, and then the product is put into a warehouse. The technology is simple, convenient to use and capable of improving the utilization rate of the waste ceramic residues.
