Method for producing lightweight ceramic plate from ceramic waste residues
The invention relates to the technical field of building material production, and discloses a method for producing a lightweight ceramic plate by using ceramic waste residue, which comprises the following steps: S1, pretreatment: crushing recycled ceramic, recycling ceramic dust generated in the crushing process by using a dust recycling device in the crushing process, and recycling the ceramic dust in the crushing process; meanwhile, the crushed ceramic is subjected to screening treatment; and S2, mixing materials: after screening is finished, adding a binder and silica sand in equal proportion into the screened ceramic waste residues, and stirring while adding. The interior of the drying equipment is made to be at the constant temperature, then the multiple green embryos are sequentially and vertically arranged in the drying equipment in a staggered mode, the S-shaped air channel is formed among the multiple green embryos, the drying equipment is started, heat flow passes through the S-shaped air channel to evenly dry the multiple green embryos, and therefore generation of thermal stress is reduced; and stirring and mixing dust generated in the production process with polyethylene, metal particles, a solvent and a diluent to prepare the coating.
