Fluororesin-polyurethane self-stratification concrete protective coating and preparation method thereof
The invention provides a fluororesin-polyurethane self-stratification concrete protective coating consisting of fluororesin, fluorine modified polyurethane, polyurethane and an organic solvent, wherein the total solid content of resin is 35-60wt%, and the mass ratio of fluorocarbon resin to fluorine modified polyurethane to polyurethane is (2-20):(1-20):(5-30). According to the fluororesin-polyurethane self-stratification concrete protective coating provided by the invention, the self-stratification of a single component of fluororesin-polyurethane is realized and the interlaminar adhesive force is improved by using incompatibility of fluororesin and polyurethane. The fluororesin is removed to a surface to form a surface hydrophobic layer to achieve the advantages of hydrophobic property, weathering resistance, corrosion resistance, acid-alkali resistance and light-color retention of the fluororesin; but the polyurethane sinks to the bottom, a lot of polar groups in the structure of the polyurethane are used for combining with a substrate or a modified substrate to achieve the advantages of high strength and strong adhesive force of the polyurethane.
