The invention provides a high-permeability concrete protective coating and a preparation method thereof. Raw materials for preparing the concrete protective coating comprise a powder material and a liquid material, the powder material comprises the following components in parts by mass: 40-60 parts of Portland cement, 2-4 parts of nano silicon dioxide, 30-40 parts of quartz sand and 8-12 parts of silicate; the liquid material is prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 15 to 20 parts of siloxane oligomer, 20 to 30 parts of acrylate emulsion and 4 to 6 parts of sustained-release capsule; the sustained-release capsule takes graphene oxide as a capsule wall and silicone zirconium as a capsule core. According to the invention, the siloxane oligomer is introduced to replace a traditional volatile and non-environment-friendly solvent, and is matched with the nano silicon dioxide and the silicate to be subjected to hydration reaction with the concrete to fill micropores of mortar, so that the compactness and the impermeability of the concrete are synergistically enhanced, and the permeability of the coating is improved. And the sustained-release capsule is introduced, so that the compression resistance of the concrete can be enhanced, and the service life of the concrete is prolonged.
