Foamed asphalt generation spraying system
The invention provides a foamed asphalt generation spraying system. The foamed asphalt generation spraying system comprises a hot asphalt spraying cavity, a foaming unit, a control unit and a heating unit. The two end faces of the hot asphalt spraying cavity are communicated with asphalt conveying systems respectively. The foaming unit comprises an asphalt foaming chamber, a hot asphalt spraying control air cylinder, an asphalt nozzle, a foamed asphalt spraying control oil cylinder, a foamed asphalt outlet, a foaming water conveying pipeline and a foaming air conveying pipeline. The hot asphalt spraying control air cylinder comprises a pneumatic control cavity, an air cylinder rod and an air cylinder rod sleeve. The air cylinder rod sleeve penetrates through the hot asphalt spraying cavity in an up-down through mode, and the asphalt nozzle is arranged on the lower end face of the air cylinder rod sleeve. The foamed asphalt spraying control oil cylinder comprises an oil pressure control cavity, an oil cylinder rod and an oil cylinder rod sleeve. The heating unit comprises conduction oil coils arranged in the hot asphalt spraying cavity. The foamed asphalt generation spraying system can effectively overcome the defects of hot asphalt and emulsified asphalt, and the foamed asphalt generation spraying system is equipment special for preparing foamed asphalt.
