The invention provides a foamed asphalt generating spraying device which comprises a heated asphalt spraying cavity and control units, and further comprises a plurality of foaming units and a heating unit, wherein the heated asphalt spraying cavity is strip-shaped; a first interface and a second interface are respectively formed in two end surfaces of the heated asphalt spraying cavity, and communicated with an asphalt conveying system; each foaming unit comprises an asphalt foaming chamber, a heated asphalt spraying control air cylinder, an asphalt nozzle, a foamed asphalt spraying control oil cylinder, a foamed asphalt outlet, a foaming water conveying pipeline and a foaming air conveying pipeline; each heated asphalt spraying control air cylinder comprises an air pressure control cavity, an air cylinder rod and an air cylinder rod casing pipe; each asphalt nozzle is arranged on the lower end surface of the corresponding air cylinder rod casing pipe; each air cylinder rod is used for controlling the open-close of the corresponding asphalt nozzle; each foamed asphalt spraying control oil cylinder comprises an oil pressure control cavity, an oil cylinder rod and an oil cylinder rod casing pipe; the heating unit comprises heat conduction oil coil pipes arranged in the heated asphalt spraying cavity. Through the adoption of the foamed asphalt generating spraying device, the defects of heated asphalt and emulsified asphalt can be effectively overcome.
