The foamed asphalt generating and spraying device comprises a vehicle body, a shell is fixedly installed on the vehicle body, a generating tank and an aggregate tank are fixedly installed in the shell, a pressing net is fixed to a tank opening in the top of the generating tank, and the tank opening is further rotationally connected with a material pressing box; a plurality of strip-shaped openings matched with the pressing net are formed in the bottom of the material pressing box in the circumferential direction, a plurality of pressing plates matched with the strip-shaped openings are installed on the top of the material pressing box in the circumferential direction, an asphalt pump is installed on the top of the shell, the discharging end of the asphalt pump is connected with an asphalt pipe extending into the material pressing box, and a water outlet pipe is fixed to the center of the generating tank. A plurality of water outlet holes are formed in the circumferential side wall of the water outlet pipe. According to the device, high-temperature asphalt can be extruded and refined and then is in uniform contact with water, so that the contact area is increased, the foaming efficiency is greatly improved, uniform spraying can be realized, aggregate and fine sand can be paved and combined, and a multi-layer pavement paving process is realized.
