Pile bottom sediment and pile tip foundation detecting device and method for cast-in-place piles
The invention discloses a pile bottom sediment and pile tip foundation detecting device and method for cast-in-place piles, and belongs to the field of cast-in situ bored pile construction quality detection. The detecting device comprises cast-in-place pile reinforcement cages, embedded acoustic wave detecting tubes, acoustic wave testers and acoustic wave test probes of the acoustic wave testers. The embedded acoustic wave detecting tubes are fixedly arranged on the reinforcement cages in the depth direction of the cast-in-place piles, a distance is reserved between the front end of each embedded acoustic wave detecting tube and the tip of the corresponding pile, and a drill hole which is located in the position below the tip of the corresponding pile by twice or three times of the pile diameter depth is further formed in the direction of the corresponding embedded acoustic wave detecting tube. The detecting method includes the steps that concrete pile bodies, pile bottom sediments and pile tip bearing courses are detected by combining ultrasonic testing results and core drilling results. The device and method used for detecting the rotary excavation cast-in-place piles, the pile bottom sediments of the rotary excavation cast-in-place piles and pile tip foundations of the rotary excavation cast-in-place piles are high in detection precision, convenient to operate, simple in equipment structure and low in construction cost. By the adoption of the device and method, the applied range of an ultrasonic detection method is expanded, the detection of the pile bottom sediments by a core drilling method is improved, the ultrasonic detection method and the core drilling method are verified with each other, and therefore the detection precision is improved.
