The invention discloses a spraying-head lifting base. The spraying-head lifting base comprises a fixing and limiting device and a spraying head base, wherein the spraying head base is connected with the fixing and limiting device, the fixing and limiting device is provided with a limiting cavity and a pressing device, the limiting cavity is used for accommodating a sliding rod, and the pressing device is used for pressing the sliding rod so that the fixing and limiting device is fixed on the sliding rod. The spraying-head lifting base further comprises an elastic wrapping device with an opening, the elastic wrapping device is sleeved on the sliding rod, the fixing and limiting device is sleeved on the sliding rod provided with the elastic wrapping device, and a positioning device is arranged between the elastic wrapping device and the fixing and limiting device so that the elastic wrapping device is positioned by the fixing and limiting device. Because the elastic wrapping device is arranged between the sliding rod and the fixing and limiting device, the spraying-head lifting base can be assembled and disassembled rapidly.
