The invention discloses an ally part for a door or a window. The alloy part comprises a fixing rack (1), a sliding shaft (2) mounted on the fixing rack (1), a returning spring (6), a fixing device (3) and a retainer ring (5), wherein the returning spring (6) is fixed on the retainer ring (5) and is used for applying repulsive force in a predetermined direction to the sliding shaft (2) all the time; the fixing device (3) used for fixing the sliding shaft (2) is also arranged on the fixing rack (1). When the door or the window needs to be positioned, only the force in the direction reverse to the arrow direction is applied to the sliding shaft and is used for pressing the sliding shaft; meanwhile, a knob is screwed, so that the door or the window can be fixed in a random position; when the door or the window needs to be released, only the knob is unscrewed, and the force in the arrow direction is applied to the sliding shaft by the returning spring, the door or the window is not bound by the alloy part, and thus the technical effects of randomly positioning the door or the window and automatically returning can be achieved.
