The present invention relates to a swirl type grout mixing apparatus, and the objective of the present invention is to enhance mixing ability of liquid chemical with a cement-saturated solution by a simple structure inside a grout input pipe and to enhance construction quality, reduce costs and to shorten construction time. For the above purposes, the present invention, the grout mixing apparatus used for mixing the liquid chemical with the cement-saturated solution for grouting after perforating ground, comprises a double-pipe shaped grout inlet in which small cylindrical cement-saturated solution supply unit is inserted into a cylindrical liquid chemical supply unit; and a grout mixing unit which is connected to the lower part of the grout inlet and mixes the liquid chemical with the cement-saturated solution. The grout mixing unit comprises a cylinder unit which is assembled with the lower part of the cement-saturated solution supply unit inside the grout inlet; a swirl formation member which is formed in the lower end of the cylinder unit and forms swirl by reflecting flow of the cement-saturated solution which is input; and a plurality of mixing pipe perpendicular supporting members which connects the cylinder unit to the swirl formation member.
