본 발명은 물과 시멘트를 혼합한 그라우트 주재료에 액상형 또는 분말형 첨가제를 설정된 비율로 정확하게 혼합하여 이액형 그라우트를 제조하면서 타설 위치로 공급할 수 있는 이액형 그라우트의 혼합 공급장치에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 이액형 그라우트의 혼합 공급장치는, 물에 시멘트가 혼합된 주재료가 유입되는 주재료챔버와; 상기 주재료챔버와 분리되게 설치되며, 첨가제가 유입되는 첨가제챔버와; 상기 주재료챔버 내부에 주재료챔버의 중심축을 중심으로 회전운동하도록 설치되어 주재료를 주재료챔버의 축방향으로 이송하는 제1스크류와; 상기 첨가제챔버 내부에 첨가제챔버의 중심축을 중심으로 회전운동하도록 설치되어 첨가제를 첨가제챔버의 축방향으로 이송하는 제2스크류와; 상기 제1스크류와 제2스크류를 서로 다른 회전 속도로 회전시키는 스크류 구동기와; 상기 주재료챔버의 배출구와 상기 첨가제챔버의 배출구에 연결된 믹싱챔버와; 상기 믹싱챔버 내측에 회전하도록 설치되어 주재료와 첨가제를 혼합하면서 이송하는 프로펠러;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
The present invention relates to a mixing and supplying device for two fluid type grout capable of manufacturing two fluid type grout by accurately mixing a liquid additive or a powder additive to a grout main material in which water and cement are mixed at a predetermined ratio, and supplying the two fluid type grout to a placement position. According to the present invention, the mixing and supplying device for the two fluid type grout comprises: a main material chamber in which the main material in which the cement is mixed to the water is placed; an additive chamber installed to be separated from the main material chamber, wherein the additive is placed into the additive chamber; a first crew installed in the main material chamber to rotate around an axis of the main material chamber, transferring the main material in an axial direction of the main material chamber; a second screw installed in the additive chamber to rotate around an axis of the additive chamber, transferring the additive in the axial direction of the additive chamber; a screw driver rotating the first screw and the second screw in different rotational speeds; a mixing tube connected to an outlet of the main material chamber and an outlet of the additive chamber; and a propeller installed in an inner side of the mixing tube to rotate, transferring the main material and the additive while mixing the main material and the additive.
