The invention discloses imitation stone paint which comprises the following constituents in percent by mass: 5-10% of deionized water, 10% of a pure acrylic emulsion, 0.1-0.2% of a preservative, 4% of a solution containing 2% of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, 1-1.5% of a dispersant, 0.1% of a wetting agent, 60-70% of natural color stone powder, 0.3% of an adhesive force enhancer, 0.5% of propylene glycol, and proper amounts of a coalescing agent and a thickening agent. The imitation stone paint is extremely high in corrosion resistance, high in adhesive force, nontoxic and free of pollution, and has the advantages that due to the high resistance to water, acid and alkali, a building can be more effectively protected as the erosion of rain and other natural effects on the imitation stone paint is reduced; the high resistance to water, acid and alkali, and the good coalescing effect, a formed paint film has high resistance to a temperature difference, and can be prevented from cracking caused by a great change in the temperature difference, and both the building and a tile surface can be protected.
