The emulsified asphalt thermal insulation mortar is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 0.4-0.6 part of polyamide, 0.2-0.4 part of magnesium chloride, 4-6 parts of silicon carbide, 1-1.5 parts of an organic silicone hydrophobic agent, 5-10 parts of heavy calcium powder, 3-5 parts of hydrated lime, 0.3-0.5 part of sodium dodecyl sulfonate, 4-7 parts of quartzite, 2-5 parts of volcanic rock, 1-4 parts of mica, 2-5 parts of rock wool, 1-2 parts of polyester fiber, 50-70 parts of emulsified asphalt, 90-110 parts of water, 4-6 parts of polyphenyl granule, 14-18 parts of modified coating attapulgite, 2-3 parts of anhydrous sodium sulphate, 15-20 parts of phosphogypsum and 1-2 parts of gelatin.
