The invention discloses a high-compression-resistance emulsified asphalt composite thermal-insulation mortar which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 2-4 parts of alum, 1-2 parts of sodium tripolyphosphate, 5-10 parts of pitchstone, 1-2 parts of SMAC high-efficiency low-alkali expanding agent, 4-5 parts of redispersible latex powder, 1-3 parts of SN-T4 antifreezing water reducing agent, 4-6 parts of calcium fluoride, 0.4-0.6 part of humic acid, 0.3-0.7 part of sulfamic acid, 6-10 parts of casein, 0.3-0.6 part of mirabilite, 4-8 parts of brucite, 20-30 parts of emulsified asphalt, a right amount of water, 24-38 parts of modified coated attapulgite, 10-20 parts of gypsum and 20-35 parts of cement.
