The invention discloses a zirconia-mullite composite brick with low thermal conductivity. The zirconia-mullite composite brick comprises a heat insulating layer and a refractory layer, wherein a plurality of upper projections and an upper grooves are formed in the end face, which is combined with the refractory layer, of the heat insulating layer, a plurality of lower projections and lower grooves are formed in the end face, which is combined with the heat insulating layer, of the refractory layer, the upper projections are correspondingly clamped with the lower grooves, and the lower projections are correspondingly clamped with the upper grooves. The heat insulating layer and refractory layer of the zirconia-mullite composite brick are combined more firmly, so that the service life is longer.
