The invention discloses a manufacturing method of a flame path observation hole sealing cover of a carbon anode roasting furnace. Raw materials consist of three parts, including an aggregate, an additive and a solvent. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps: batching the aggregate and the additive according to parts by weight; adding into a high temperature resisting silicon solvent of which the weight part is 5-8 times that of the raw materials, adding a uniformly stirred and mixed pouring material into a sealing cove negative-pressure mold provided with double sandwich wall layers; pumping out the liquid solvent by a vacuum pump by gaps of which the size is Phi2mm to Phi5mm and pressure difference of the sandwich inner walls so as to form the sealing cover; naturally drying in air for 96 hours; and drying at the temperature of 150 to 200 DEG C for 72 hours to obtain a sealing cover finished product. The flame path observation hole sealing cover of the carbon anode roasting furnace has the beneficial effects of being reduced by 60% to 80% in weight, prolonged by 50% to 80% in service life, improved by 20% to 50% in heat insulation effect and sealing effect and reduced by 20% in consumption of a roasting fuel agent.
