The invention discloses an aluminum-use anode carbon roasting furnace fire path wall burning-free prefabricated big brick, which is prepared from following raw materials, by weight: three-grade high-alumina bauxite clinker, special-grade high-alumina bauxite clinker, high-purity synthetic mullite material, active aluminum oxide powder, kyanite powder, pure calcium aluminate cement, a water reducing agent and water. The raw materials are mixed uniformly according to weight part ratio and then the mixture is subjected to pour vibration moulding to prepare the big brick. In the invention, according to the work environment of a work section of a fire path wall at 950-1200 DEG C, a mullite crystalline phase is employed as a main crystalline phase, a corundum crystalline phase is employed as a sub-crystalline phase and a proper ratio of glass phase is employed as an auxiliary crystalline phase. The poured prefabricated big brick is employed as a special brick body of the fire path wall. During preparation of the brick body, a mechanical pressing moulding device and a sintering device, which are high in cost, are omitted, thereby saving fuel. An on-site hoisting assembly and installation building method is employed to achieve mechanized operation, thereby improving labor efficiency. The method reduces building time from 2-3 days to within 12 h, thereby satisfying requirement of multi-chamber continuous cyclic operation of a carbon roasting furnace.
