Magnesium coating for tundish working layer
The invention relates to a magnesium coating for a tundish working layer. The magnesium coating disclosed by the invention comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 30-50% of sintered magnesia, 10-30% of electric smelting magnesia, 10-30% of a magnesium weir plate recycled broken material, 2-6% of silica micropowder, and 2-8% of a bonding agent. A magnesium weir plate is sintered at high temperature after being formed for one time by adding water, so that secondary hydration of the magnesium weir plate is avoided, therefore, the roasting cracking and collapsing phenomena of the magnesium coating for the tundish working layer are solved, the thermal shock stability and use property of the magnesium coating for the tundish working layer are increased, and simultaneously, the raw material resource and environmental pollution problems are solved.
