The invention relates to a magnesium light tundish coating material, which comprises a refractory base material, the refractory base material comprises the following chemical components: 70-90 wt% of magnesium oxide, 1-5 wt% of silicon oxide, 1-5 wt% of calcium oxide, 1-5 wt% of iron oxide and 1-5 wt% of aluminum oxide; and 1-5 wt% of a binder based on the mass of the refractory base material, wherein the binder is selected from alkoxides containing aluminum and tungsten. Compared with the prior art, the obtained light heat-insulation tundish coating has good heat insulation performance, high slag and molten steel infiltration prevention capacity and higher resistance to hot slag erosion, and is prevented from being adhered to a core refractory material of a tundish, so that the service life of a basic refractory material is prolonged, and the steelmaking time and the steelmaking efficiency are improved.
本发明涉及一种镁质轻型中间包涂抹料,包括耐火基材;以及所述耐火基材包括化学组分为氧化镁70‑90wt%,氧化硅1‑5wt%,氧化钙1‑5wt%,氧化铁1‑5%,氧化铝1‑5wt%;基于耐火基材质量的1‑5wt%的结合剂,其中所述结合剂为选自含有铝以及钨的醇盐。相比现有技术,本发明得到的轻质隔热中间包涂层,具有良好的绝热性能,而且具有较高的防止渣和钢液的渗透能力,对热炉渣侵蚀更大的阻力,防止粘到中间包的芯部耐火材料,从而延长基础耐火材料的使用寿命,提高了炼钢时间及炼钢效率。
