Low-temperature resistant anti-cracking asphalt and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses low-temperature resistant anti-cracking asphalt and a preparation method thereof. The low-temperature resistant anti-cracking asphalt comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 85-90% of matrix asphalt, and 10-15% of rubber particles, wherein the rubber particles comprise the following components in percentage by weight: 80-88% of a rubber powder, 6-10% of a plasticizer, and 2-5% of an organic boron activator. Oil immersion is performed on the rubber powder which is the composition of the anti-cracking asphalt by the plasticizers mixed with the organic boron activators in advance, and then mechanical thin-passing treatment is performed on the treated rubber powder by a three-roller grinder so as to recover the plasticity of the rubber particles. The prepared modified asphalt has the advantages that the medium-temperature anti-fatigue anti-cracking factor Gsin delta is smaller than 5000 kilopascal, the low-temperature performance satisfies PG-34, the creep stiffness is small, the creep rate is high, and the anti-cracking performance is good.
