The invention discloses a pre-stressed screw pile and a manufacture method thereof. The pre-stressed bolt pile comprises a pile cap, screw section pile body and a pile tip, wherein the screw section pile body is made of concrete and is prestressed; the screw section pile body is large in upper part and small in lower part; a thread-shaped reinforcing cage is arranged inside the screw section pile body; continuous threads are arranged on the surface of the screw section pile body. The manufacture method comprises technical steps of manufacturing a die and the reinforcing cage, mounting the reinforcing cage and the die, pouring concrete, applying prestress, curing concrete, loosening a stretching end reinforcing bar, performing form stripping, and pouring cover plates and the like. The pre-stressed screw pile is simple and convenient to manufacture, high in bearing capacity, and low in cost, and belongs to economical, efficient, energy-saving and emission-reducing piles.
