SCREW PILE AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD THEREOF
According to the present invention, a screw pile (10) spurts grout (400) with ground excavation, and comprises: a rod unit (100) having a hollow space formed therein; screw units (300) mounted on an outer surface of the rod unit (100) and separated from each other in a longitudinal direction of the rod unit (100) to protrude; and a head unit (200) mounted on a lower end of the rod unit (100). The grout (400) filled in the hollow space of the rod unit (100) spurts through a spurting hole (210) formed upwards on an upper portion or a side portion of the head unit (200). Since the spurting hole (210) is formed upwards on the upper portion or the side portion of the head unit (200), the grout easily spurts, and the grout is able to densely be filled from a front end of a pile.
지반 굴착과 함께 그라우트(400)를 분출하는 본 발명의 스크류파일(10)은 내부에 중공이 형성된 로드부(100); 로드부(100)의 외주면에 결합됨과 아울러, 로드부(100)의 길이 방향을 따라 상호 이격되어 돌출결합된 스크류부(300); 및 로드부(100)의 하단에 결합된 헤드부(200);를 포함하되. 헤드부(200)의 상부 또는 측부에서 상향으로 형성된 분출공(210)을 통해 로드부(100)의 중공으로 채워진 그라우트(400)가 분출된다.이 경우, 헤드부(200)의 상부 또는 측부에 상향으로 분출공(210)이 형성되어 있기 때문에 그라우트의 분출이 용이하고, 파일의 선단부 부터 밀실하게 그라우트를 충전할 수 있다.
