Hydraulic excavator and power matching control method thereof
The embodiment of the invention provides a hydraulic excavator and a power matching control method thereof. The hydraulic excavator comprises an engine, a pump, a main valve block, a hydraulic oil cylinder group, an operating end and a shuttle valve group, wherein the engine, the pump, the main valve block and the hydraulic oil cylinder group are sequentially connected, the operating end and the shuttle valve group are sequentially connected, the hydraulic excavator is also provided with a main controller, a pump pressure sensor and a pump pilot pressure sensor are arranged between the main controller and the pump, and a rotary pilot pressure sensor and a large arm ascending pilot pressure sensor are arranged between the main controller and the shuttle valve group. The main controller judges the work stage of the excavator according to the detection result of the rotary pilot pressure sensor, the large arm ascending pilot pressure sensor, the pump pressure sensor and the pump pilot pressure sensor and judges the discharge capacity requirements of the pump, so that the discharge capacity of the pump is controlled. According to the embodiment of the invention, the power efficiency ratio and the fuel economy of the hydraulic excavator are improved.
