The invention discloses a telescopic well pumping device. A wellhead is arranged on a place which is 30-40 cm under the ground; a steel cover plate is arranged on the wellhead; a remote control hydraulic lifting device is arranged under the steel cover plate; a deep well pump is arranged on the bottom a of well; the deep well pump is arranged on a fixing net of an iron cage; the deep well pump is connected with a second-level telescopic water pipe; the second-level telescopic water pipe is controlled by a switch; the switch is arranged in a switch box of the wellhead. According to the telescopic well pumping device, a design scheme that the wellhead is arranged under the ground is adopted, when irrigation is not needed, a cement cover plate covers the wellhead, soil is paved on the cement cover plate, and the influence on machinery driving among fields, caused by the wellhead is eliminated.
