The invention relates to a rotating water adding pipe device. The water adding pipe comprises a water adding pipe stand column and a water adding pipe rotating head, wherein the water adding pipe rotating head is arranged on the water adding pipe stand column; a rotation driving mechanism which is used for driving the water adding pipe rotating head to rotate is arranged in the water adding pipe; a slipping device which is used for enabling the rotation driving mechanism to slip due to external anti-driving force so as to protect the rotation driving mechanism is arranged in the rotation driving device. The common parts forming the rotation driving mechanism for driving the water adding pipe to rotate are relatively small in size and relatively low in strength and easy to be forced by external anti-driving force to rotate so as to be damaged, so that the slipping device is additionally arranged in the rotation driving mechanism to prevent the interior small parts from being damaged and strengthening the using durability of the water adding pipe.
