The invention relates to a ventilated type concrete pouring template. The ventilated type concrete pouring template comprises a bottom plate and four side edges which are arranged at the peripheral edges of the bottom plate and are vertically and upwards arranged, wherein at least one row of exhausting pipe groups are transversely arrayed on the bottom plate; each row of the exhausting pipe group is composed of six exhausting pipes which are arrayed in parallel; the distance between the adjacent two exhausting pipes is the same. The ventilated type concrete pouring template adopts the pouring template with the design so that a concrete plate with air pores can be directly manufactured when the pouring template is utilized.
