The invention provides a sliding door and window and a sealing structure of the sliding door and window. Due to the fact that a concave-convex embedded matching structure is arranged correspondingly and directly on the inner side or the outer side of a door leaf frame and an outer side frame, the inner and outer isolation degree of the outer side frame matching with the door leaf frame is greatly strengthened. Since the projecting convex edge portion extends along the inner side/outer side of the door leaf frame or the outer side frame to the corresponding outer side frame or the door leaf frame, the application of the door leaf frame and the outer side frame cannot affect the appearance of the whole sliding door and window. Due to the fact that the door leaf frame and the outer side frame form insertion and connection at the edge of the vertical direction, the appearance is more beautiful. In addition, an adhesive tape can be added to an inserting groove according to the needs so that the inserting groove can be tightly matched with the convex edge through the adhesive tape and the isolation effect can be strengthened to the larger extent.
