The invention discloses a PVC composite wood veneer formed by combining a top-layer base plate, a middle-layer adhesive layer and a bottom-layer natural wood peel layer; the base plate is a PVC plate, the adhesive layer is polyester resin, the natural wood peel layer is fraxinus mandshurica, the PVC plate accounts for 60%-68% of the overall weight of the PVC composite wood veneer, the polyester resin accounts for 15%-21% of the overall weight of the PVC composite wood veneer, and the fraxinus mandshurica accounts for 13%-20% of the overall weight of the PVC composite wood veneer. The invention provides the PVC composite wood veneer having the advantages of sound absorption, sound insulation, fire prevention, flame retardancy, heat insulation, heat preservation, energy saving and insulation.
