The invention discloses strong waterproof flame-retardant dry-mixed mortar, which is composed of the following components in percentage by weight: 35-45% of Portland cement, 5-8% of high-alumina cement, 15-22% of fine sand, 3-5% of redispersible latex powder, 0.2-0.5% of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, 2-5% of expanded vermiculite powder, 6-10% of fly ash, 8-15% of modified phosphogypsum and the balance of kaolin. According to the invention, high-alumina cement and expanded vermiculite powder are used as a flame-retardant system, so that a good flame-retardant effect is achieved, the dispersion is uniform, and the smoke suppression effect is good; and in order to achieve a strong waterproof effect, Portland cement, high-alumina cement, redispersible latex powder and modified phosphogypsumare used as a gel system, lime powder, ammonium type silica sol and aluminum oxide are used as modifiers for modifying phosphogypsum in the modified phosphogypsum, and the modified phosphogypsum and the cement system are matched with each other, so that a very good waterproof effect is achieved.
