Formula and manufacturing method of high-imitation jade material
The invention discloses a formula of a high-imitation jade material. The formula is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 1-3 parts of pigments, 50-55 parts of glaze materials and 43-46 parts of nonmetal materials, wherein the pigments comprise Cu, Fe, Al, C, Ca, K and S; the glaze materials are formed by burning silicate compounds of aluminum and sodium; the nonmetal materials are formed into silicates after being mixed with lime stones, quartz sand, silicon and sodium carbonate. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps: manufacturing a silica gel mould, turning over a resin mould, fixing a female mould, filling a wax mould, dismounting the wax mould, trimming the wax mould and manufacturing a plaster mould; performing steam dewaxing; selecting raw materials; preparing raw materials; performing in-furnace sintering; slowly cooling; dismounting the plaster mould; performing section cutting; performing corsage and fine grinding; polishing and grinding, wherein plaster mould drying and burning are performed by the steps of standing the plaster mould for 4-12 hours, performing dewaxing for 2-4 hours after heating, raising the temperature to 1800 DEG C at speed of 50 DEG C/h, preserving the heat for 9.5-10.5 hours, cooling to the room temperature at a rate of 8 DEG C per hour, and molding and discharging out of the furnace. The high-imitation jade provided by the invention can be combined with home furnishing, is wide in applicability, low in price and fine in quality.
