Imitation jade trim strip and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a preparation method for an imitation jade trim strip. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) stirring 45-55 percent of resin, 40-50 percent of agate powder, 2-5 percent of an accelerant and 1-3 percent of an initiator according to a proportion to obtain a mixture; (2) respectively mixing 0.5-1.5 percent of different color concentrates with the mixture, and pouring the mixtures with different color concentrates into a die sequentially; (3) placing the die in a vacuum defoaming device for vacuumizing for 40-70 s to remove bubbles in the mixtures, and then standing for 20-30 h so as to obtain a semi-finished product; (4) cutting the hardened semi-finished product to be preset shape by machine shaping equipment, polishing, spraying with gloss oil, and airing, so as to obtain the imitation jade trim strip finally. The invention further discloses the imitation jade trim strip. Through the adoption of the imitation jade trim strip and the preparation method, the production process can be optimized, the production cost is reduced, and the mass production is facilitated.
