Method for producing recrystallized ceramic product by utilizing waste ceramic
The invention relates to a method for producing a recrystallized ceramic product by utilizing waste ceramic. The method comprises the following steps: selecting and washing the waste ceramic products; breaking the washed waste ceramic products to obtain waste ceramic powder with a particle size less than 6mm; reserving powdered quartz, feldspar, washed kaolin and clay; preparing the materials of the recrystallized ceramic product in parts by weight: 50 to 97 parts of waste ceramic powder, 0 to 30 parts of quartz, 0 to 30 parts of feldspar, 3 to 40 parts of clay, 1 to 30 parts of kaolin, 0 to 15 parts of binding agent and 0.2 to 0.4 part of water reducing agent; grinding the materials in a ball mill with water, wherein the weight ratio of the material to a ball to the water is 1: 1.5: 2; carrying out wet ball milling on the materials to obtain a slurry; preparing a green body by adopting the slurry according to a conventional process flow and a conventional forming method, and burning the green body to form ceramic. According to the method, the waste ceramic is used as a main raw material, the material cost is low, and the enterprise benefit is high. The intrinsic quality of the product is stable, the quality is good, the resource and environment are protected, waste is changed into treasure, and the new way is developed for developing the waste ceramic.
