The invention discloses a burner preformed part for a lime kiln and a preparation method thereof. The burner preformed part is prepared from aluminum titanate, Si2Al4O4N4, Al3BC3, zirconium spinel, strontium carbonate powder, vanadium carbide powder, alumina micro powder, pure calcium aluminate cement, composite powder, admixture and aluminum chloride solution. The preformed part is formed by adopting a self flowing pouring method, and is maintained, dried and heated at a high temperature. Compared with traditional castables, the preformed part has the characteristics of self flowing construction, self-defoaming, peeling resistance, high abrasion resistance, long service life and the like, and can be more widely applied to burner preformed parts of rotary kilns in various lime rotary kiln industries.
