The burner prefabricated member is formed by adopting a self-flow casting method, and thermally processed at a high temperature after being maintained and dried. Compared with a conventional castable, the product has the characteristics of self-flow construction, self-defoaming, stripping resistance, high wear resistance, long service life and the like, can be applied to the burner prefabricated member for the lime kiln of various lime rotary kiln industries more widely.
