The invention discloses a shift maintenance method for a curve track. The shift maintenance method comprises the following steps: S1, calculating the curve length L of the curve track; S2, calculating the on-site versine total F total of all measuring points; S3, computing the design versine F design of each measuring point; S4, calculating the full shift of each measuring point; S5, performing calculation on the full shift of each measuring point for at least three times, wherein each measuring point has corresponding calculation values decreased in sequence after the calculation is performed for at least three times, and therefore the actual shift of each measuring point after the calculation is performed for at least three times is calculated, and the sum of the calculation values of all the measuring points after the calculation is performed for at least three times is decreased in an equal difference manner. According to the shift maintenance method for the curve track, the curve shift of curve track maintenance can be obviously reduced so as to enable the maximum error of the shifted curve versine and the maximum error of the design versine of the curve track to meet the allowable deviation management value rule of the curve track maintenance, and therefore the quality of the curve track maintenance is further improved, and the labor strength of maintenance personnel is reduced.
