To provide a track maintenance device and a track maintenance method capable of more suitably performing maintenance of a track.SOLUTION: In a track maintenance device 100, since a gripper claw 20 is operated to be used as a sleeper clipper by relatively simple operation of switching the posture of the gripper claw 20 and a tie tamper arm 30 can be operated to be used as a tie tamper, switching between the sleeper clipper and the tie tamper can be performed more quickly than a prior art for performing the task of replacing a sleeper clipper as an attachment with a tie tamper, and the track can be suitably maintained by each device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】より好適に軌道の整備を行うことができる軌道整備装置及び軌道整備方法を実現する。【解決手段】この軌道整備装置１００であれば、グリッパー爪２０の姿勢を切り替えるという比較的簡易な操作を行うことで、グリッパー爪２０を作動させてマクラギクリッパーとして使用することと、タイタンパーアーム３０を作動させてタイタンパーとして使用することができるので、アタッチメントとしてのマクラギクリッパーとタイタンパーを付け替える作業を行う従来技術よりも速やかにマクラギクリッパーとタイタンパーとの切り替えを行い、それぞれの装置で好適に軌道整備を行うことができる。【選択図】図１
