The invention provides a rotary building structure and a complete house thereof. The rotary building structure comprises a support framework, a rotary body, a driving device and a transmission device, wherein the driving device and the transmission device are in mutual transmission connection, and are arranged on the support framework; the rotary body is of a cylindrical structure which extends along the horizontal direction, and is formed in an enclosing way by sequentially connecting at least three curve surface walls, and the cross section of the rotary body is in a fixed-width curve shape; household articles are fixedly arranged on the inner wall of each curve surface wall of the rotary body, and the outer wall of each curve surface wall is in contact with the transmission device to form a friction pair or a gear pair; the driving device is used for driving the transmission device, and further the friction pair or the gear pair drives the rotary body to rotate in the support framework along the vertical plane. The rotary building structure has the advantages that the three-dimensional space in a house is maximally utilized; the structure is simple, the implementation is easy, and the design style is particular.
