Method for preparing hollow fiber membrane support with high straightness and strength
The invention relates to a method for preparing a hollow fiber membrane support with high straightness and strength. The method comprises the following steps: performing dry ball-milling, so that a reinforcing agent is uniformly dispersed in zirconia powder; mechanically stirring to fully dissolve a polymer in an organic solvent so as to form a polymer solution, and slowly adding the uniformly mixed zirconia powder into the polymer solution so as to form a spinning solution; performing vacuum defoaming, extruding nitrogen by virtue of a spinning nozzle, allowing the green body to enter an external coagulation atmosphere, and curing, thereby obtaining a hollow fiber membrane precursor; performing full replacement with water; fixing in the hollow fiber membrane dried and straightened at room temperature by virtue of a magnetic field, fixing and sintering to obtain the hollow fiber membrane support in a high temperature furnace by using alumina tube. Compared with the prior art, the hollow fiber membrane support disclosed by the invention has good mechanical property and penetrating quality, can be directly used for microfiltration and also can serve as a support of an ultrafiltration membrane or a carrier of a membrane reactor.
