High temperature-resistant and high-toughness aerated brick and preparation method thereof
A high temperature-resistant and high-toughness aerated brick is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 0.3-0.6 part of sodium thiosulfate, 8-11 parts of spodumene powder, 8-10 parts of coal slag, 7-9 parts of phosphogypsum, 40-50 parts of coal ash, 6-7 parts of aerated aluminium powder, 8-10 parts of cement, 10-13 parts of quick lime, 9-12 parts of modified walnut shell, 6-8 parts of ceramic fiber, 0.8-1 part of alkali lignin, 1-2 parts of B2O3, 0.3-0.5 part of polyvinyl pyrrolidone and a proper amount of water. The strength, the toughness and the high-temperature resistance of the aerated brick are improved by using the ceramic fiber and the spodumene powder, so that the aerated brick is suitable for a high-temperature environment; by using the modified walnut shell, the heat-insulating effect is enhanced, the water resistance is good, the weight is reduced, the seismic performance is improved, and the water-reducing effect is good.
