High-strength water-resistant aerated brick containing lithium silicate and preparation thereof
The invention relates to a high-strength water-resistant aerated brick containing lithium silicate. The high-strength water-resistant aerated brick is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 4-5 parts of coal gangue powder, 0.7-1 part of redispersible latex powder, 0.3-0.5 part of calcium formate, 7-9 parts of gypsum, 50-60 parts of coal ash, 6-7 parts of aerated aluminum powder, 8-9 parts of cement, 4-6 parts of blast-furnace ash, 9-11 parts of quick lime, 7-8 parts of modified fly ash, 6-8 parts of silica powder, 0.6-1 parts of stearic acid, 0.8-1.2 parts of lithium silicate and an appropriate amount of water. As the lithium silicate and the redispersible latex powder are used, the strength and the water resistance of the aerated brick are improved. As the silica powder is added, the abrasive resistance of the aerated brick is improved. Meanwhile, the aerated brick is good in corrosion resistance, fire resistance, heat preservation, sound insulation and size dimensional stability. As the modified fly ash is used, the heat insulation effect is improved, the water resistance is good, the environmental pollution is reduced, and the water reducing effect is good.

As the modified fly ash is used, the heat insulation effect is improved, the water resistance is good, the environmental pollution is reduced, and the water reducing effect is good.
