Sludge-containing high-strength aerated brick
The invention discloses a sludge-containing high-strength aerated brick. The brick is prepared by using the following raw materials in parts by weight 3-5 parts of nano zirconium dioxide, 4-6 parts of fiberglass, 0.5-0.7 parts of sodium chloride, 0.08-0.15 parts of zinc powder, 2-4 parts of dimethyl terephthalate, 1-3 parts of aluminium oxide, 11-16 parts of bentonite, 35-50 parts of diatomite, 8-10 parts of rice husk char, 2-4 parts of dehydrated sludge, 23-35 parts of modified waste concrete, 10-15 parts of cement, 3-5 parts of plaster and an appropriate amount of water. The aerated brick contains the sludge component; pores of the aerated brick are increased; and the effect of turning wastes into treasures is realized. According to the aerated brick provided by the invention, the modified waste concrete is used, so that the obtained aerated brick have pores, and meanwhile the compatibility among the raw materials is improved, thereby improving the strength by adding more waste concrete without affecting the toughness and thus making the aerated brick light.
