The invention belongs to the technical field of high-temperature-resistant materials and provides anti-corrosion, anti-wear and high-temperature-resistant mortar to solve problems of serious corrosion and wear of a pipe wall and high possibility of pipe burst under high-temperature corrosion and erosive wear for an existing boiler heating pipe. The anti-corrosion, anti-wear and high-temperature-resistant mortar is prepared from a compound preservative, a high-temperature bonder and mixed powder, wherein the compound preservative is prepared from phenolic resin, alanine, polypropyl ester, pigment and silicon dioxide; the high-temperature bonder is prepared from a high-temperature adhesive and wear-resistant ceramic powder; the mixed powder is prepared by mixing fine white corundum powder, ultrafine white corundum powder, fine brown corundum powder, ultrafine brown corundum powder, andalusite, sillimanite, raw clay, borax and sodium hexametaphosphate. The mortar is resistant to high temperature and erosive wear of particles, simple and convenient to operate, low in production cost, convenient and practical. The mortar is uniformly sprayed on the pipe wall by a high-pressure spray gun during use, forms a protective layer after being sintered, effectively prevents and delays wear and corrosion of the pipe wall, and reduces the accident rate of boiler shutdown caused by high temperature, corrosion and wear.
