The invention discloses anti-freezing sulfate-corrosion-resistant high-alkali-activated mortar and application thereof. The high-alkali-activated mortar is prepared from the following components: fly ash microspheres, screened steel slag powder, water glass, quartz sand and water, the invention relates to a fly ash microbead concrete, which is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 500 to 700 parts of fly ash microbead, 300 to 500 parts of screened steel slag powder, 100 to 300 parts of water glass, 1000 to 1100 parts of quartz sand and 150 to 200 parts of water. According to the invention, the special fly ash microbeads and the screened steel slag powder are used, so that the high-alkali activated mortar has rapid strength development, has high strength in the later stage, and can be used at the temperature of 1t in winter; the temperature is 5 DEG C, and the content of sulfate in the soil is larger than 750 mg/kg. The 28-day compressive strength of the high-alkali-activated mortar is larger than 60 MPa, the 90-day compressive strength of the high-alkali-activated mortar is larger than 70 MPa, and the 90-day sulfate corrosion resistance coefficient is larger than 80%.
